Welcome to Fluencia. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Fluencia, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Fluencia is a language learning application that provides:

• English pronunciation practice and assessment
• AI-powered conversation analysis
• Structured lessons and exercises
• Progress tracking and achievements

3. Account Registration

To use Fluencia, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with access to Pro features. After the trial ends, you will be downgraded to the Free plan unless you subscribe.

Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited access to lessons and pronunciation assessments
• Pro Plan: Unlimited access to all features, detailed feedback, and AI conversations

Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Share your account with others
• Use automated tools to access the service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Fluencia are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on our service

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as pronunciation recordings). By using our service, you grant us a license to process this content to provide our services.

8. Disclaimers

Fluencia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy of pronunciation assessments
• Specific learning outcomes

Language learning results vary by individual effort and practice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app or our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
